She's leaning slightly to the right, which is kinda unsettling. Either have her sit up straight, or have her accent the lean by tilting the head, methinks. Otherwise, very good picture!
If she were sitting straight up, the visual composition would be farrrr to vertical, and lacking in interest. Also, if she were up straight - the composition would be veered awkwardly to the left, and not have enough space open on the right to balance it all out.
So, with that being said, this is a well balanced photo.
