Nice casual pic.Next time she wears thouse glasses though, you could try focusing on one of the reflective lenses instead. And perhaps have a light source behind her, so you can see the reflection and her eye at the same time.
Originally you can see the eye, after i did a contrast boost though it became hidden. it did look cool though.
